VRS has restructured our internal operations and has developed a state of the art Quality Assurance program that allows for full time phone monitoring and file reviews. We are proud to say that we are at the peak of our compliancy, and have hired a full time Compliance Officer to fully minimize risk, and to enforce our strict code of conduct, policies, and procedures. VRS has developed a comprehensive compliance training program which staff members undergo annually.
We have not only incorporated these programs into place for our staff, but also for our recovery agents. All of our agents must also undergo a thorough inspection which is administered by a third party vetting agency. Our agent contract and onboarding procedures minimize risk, and result in only the most compliant agents being contracted.
